Another #transformationtuesday on the left pca Coventry June 2022 5 days out riddled with injuries and let’s be honest 6 weeks out condition 😅 the right 10 days out from the @2brospro_events ben weider!! This done off a 4.5 month off season with a little Ibiza party for a week too for good measure! Safe to say my best progress ever in such a short time really am just getting started it seems so excited for what’s to come off a proper off season with @martin_winston_ at the helm!
