@jharrison_bb hovering around 130kg …. 10kg up since starting with me….. joining me still in that post show growth phase I wanted to capatilise and push food aggressively to put him in to the best position to drop down to the “health phase” at the end of the month. Jamie works shift so I have to tailor his plan where he has increased calories on his night shift to ensure we hit the appropriate caloric range due to the length of time he is awake expending energy….

With regular off plan meals 
 
This is the most he has ever eaten but it’s needed he’s a big lad and that needs fuelling. I won’t maintain this through the health and more than likely drop back due to the rate of increase….. His body is taking the food on board well with no real GI stress or mega fatique. We have kept 30 minutes cardio in daily for cardiac health reasons as well as a digestive aid as I was expecting this was going to be a shock to his system.  
 
Looking crazy crazy good and looking forward to seeing where we can push this…. 300lb club next push phase in a good body composition 💯
