A strong European line up in wellness this last weekend with an Olympian Top 10 champ reclaiming top spot.

@emproclassic the judging for this show was on point in this very competitive line up.

We had @sandra.colorado.ifbbpro off the back of a win @toprosupershow in addition to @lisa_msw_ifbbpro who has qualified for the last 2 Wellness Olympias also. A pro debut from @ruthpetizco_ifbbpro who made the Top 5 amongst others.

I think in Wellness a lot of girls get caught up in the size game. Big quads, Big Glutes and overly conditioned, forgetting the balance that’s required to make the physique aesthetically pleasing.
Everything should flow well!! Although some of the others had better condition, speaking to @fitprobecky the overall flow, presentation and balance that @emproclassic champion @leo_ciobu_wellness_pro displayed was the better fit as per criteria. 15-20% better condition and I would have her in this years Top 5 @mrolympiallc and I know she will work diligently to bring this.
Her posing was exemplary. Her own style. She wasn’t waving her arms around like a Music Conductor and she wasn’t groping her body with her hands. It was super professional. Not great cause she can improve. But it was the best on the day 💯

If you’re going to compete in any division, you must study it and understand it. Your coach also. There’s no point trying to imitate what someone else’s physique has. You need to bring what’s best for YOU!!!
