If the UK Bodybuilding scene was filled with more people like @martin_winston_ @amanda_winston_ifbb_pro , then it would be a much better place!

They both represent the epitome of what is needed for that side of the fitness industry, alongside being respectful and humble in all their success.

I remember the first call I had with Martin, and how different he is now, compared to then… I knew exactly what he did, and didn’t want to do… alongside what I knew he would change it mind on down the line.

It was simple… top out Martin at his max capacity and price, then look to build a team (which he was against at the time), and replicate the exact same model for Amanda.

One thing I’ll say, the calibre of coaches that applied for the role working with Martin, has been one of the highest standard line ups I’ve seen before, and today… he’s hired his first coach, and it’s a testament to what is to come for this company.

Double champ x 2 revenue in Q4 is happening without question, and it’s funny when I proposed that would be the figure down the line, and he was in disbelief… whereas today it was brushed to one side as the goal is so much bigger now.

Amanda has 7 weeks until her competition, so that is the focus, and how we can capture engagement, awareness and interest around this, then move into a female coach hiring process after that.

Both of them know, we’ve still got the kitchen sink to through at this, and we will keep making moves as and when the time is right for them both.

One to watch going into 2024, this will become one of the top prep coaching teams in the UK.
