Snakeskin was trendy in 2008! Back around that time, I bought a padded autumn coat whose exterior was purple plastic molded into a snakeskin pattern similar to this image. It also had a fake fur collar, also purple.It was 5 at an overstock shop in Rome. My mother-in-law thought it was tacky and she said she wasn't sure if I should burn it or melt it.
