From Coach pitch to 15u we’re still at it.
I was a football kid, I did not play baseball growing up, I tried out *one* time my sophomore year of high school and I didn’t make the team.
My son on the other hand, he came out of the womb with a bat and ball in his hand.
As a father, what did I do?
Force him to play my sport?
F No.
I taught myself to game of baseball, asked questions, and took my leadership skills developed in the military and brought them to the diamond.
Baseball is not in my blood, I’m not a natural like Koda.
Football was played from the heart, I gave it my all; Baseball is in my mind and soul; I was wasn’t born to play this game, I fell in love with it through my son.
