Apart from throwing up a FDB 💪 at every opportunity….. a few things to take in to consideration when abroad on holiday🏝️(when not on prep 😉)

💧Stay hydrated… certainly if you’re somewhere hot 🥵 or if you fancy a couple cocktails here and there 🍹

🥩 Get your protein in… Try and hit your macro target for protein across the day. Eggs, meat, take your own whey protein if you wish

🍕Try not to go overboard… You may be on an all inclusive free for all… be selective with your food choices through the day and then maybe have a decent meal in the evening!

🏋️‍♂️ Exercise… Do not put any pressure on yourself to make the gym every day. A couple workouts across your holiday accompanied with some good active steps or swims will help you not to feel like shit if you do happen to over indulge.

😎Relax… Utilise the down time away from work/life as much as possible. De stress, unwind and feel fresh on your return!
