It's awesome! A yellow t-shirt underneath and jeans. Or a t-shirt in the same color of the musical notes.

Imo, this could be worn with almost anything. Business casual-button down, trousers, trouser socks, dressy shoes. Tie or bow tie if you want to dress it up a bit more. Casual-tee shirt or long sleeve tee, jeans, any type of shoes/sandals/boots. As for prints:use colors that compliment the musical notesa patterned or printed shirt would be ok if it the colors were complimentary solid shirt if patterned tiesolid tie or no tie if patterned shirtpatterned socks would be ok if the shirt is kept solidId keep the pants solid color and probably dark
