I really love this, the gradient effect of the (sequins? Jewels? Crystals?) makes its seem like the the dress/coat is transforming. I also feel having the gradient on both of the pieces really melds them together in an interesting way. I imagine its even more amazing in movement!

I feel like I might like this better with a cropped blazer? The lengths of the oversize blazer and long dress are clashing in weird ways, makes her look shorter.
