FashionMix ("we", "us", "our") is an independent fashion publisher. We try to collect as little as humanly possible. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

The short version

• We don't sell your data. Ever.
• There are no accounts and no login — you read everything as a guest.
• Nothing tracks you until you press Accept on the cookie banner.
• The only thing we ever ask you to hand over is your email — and only if you choose to join the newsletter.

What we collect

Nothing, by default. You can read every look without giving us anything or accepting any cookies.

Your email — only if you subscribe to the FashionMix Edit. We use it solely to send the newsletter, and you can unsubscribe from the link in every email.

Analytics & affiliate cookies — only after you accept them in the banner (see below).

Cookies

We store one small first-party value to remember your cookie choice. Beyond that, cookies load only if you press Accept:

• Affiliate (Skimlinks). When you click a shop link and buy something, an affiliate cookie credits us a commission at no cost to you. See how we make money.
• Analytics. Aggregate, privacy-respecting traffic stats so we know which looks land — never used to identify you personally.

You can decline, and change your mind any time by clearing cookies. Declining changes nothing about what you can read.

Who we share with

We don't sell or rent your data. We rely on a few service providers strictly to run the site, and each only handles what it needs to:

• Skimlinks — affiliate link tracking (only after consent).
• Our email provider — to deliver the newsletter (only if you subscribe).
• Vercel — hosting and content delivery, including standard server logs.
• Our analytics provider — aggregate traffic stats (only after consent).

Your rights

Depending on where you live (EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA, and similar laws), you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold — which is essentially just your newsletter email — and to opt out of marketing. Unsubscribe is instant from any email; for anything else, contact us and we'll take care of it.

Data retention

We keep your newsletter email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Server logs rotate on our host's standard schedule.

Children

FashionMix is intended for adults and isn't directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). We don't knowingly collect their data.

International visitors

We operate from the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, your data may be processed in the US and in other countries where our providers operate, with appropriate safeguards in place.

Changes

If this policy changes we'll update the date at the top; material changes will get a clearer notice on the site.
